David Howman claims that heroin is less profitable than anabolic steroids

David Howman, the director general of the WADA, seems to consider that Clenbuterol belongs to anabolic steroids. He thinks that illegal heroin doesn’t bring so much money as anabolic steroids which are legal, if they are purchased and administrated with doctors’ prescriptions. David Howman is also shocked by the affirmation that steroids are applied in order to enhance growth of livestock.
David Howman  says that application of steroids for growth of livestock is quite obvious due to contaminated beef in China. the director general of the WADA notes that the WADA has written to the Chinese minister that has to explain what really happens in the food industry of this country.
David Howman speaks about Clenbuterol as about an anabolic steroid. The director general of the WADA notices that Chinese beef contains steroids. He thinks mistakenly like numerous other persons believe that all preparations that have performance-enhancing effects are anabolic steroids. It shows ignorance of these persons. They must understand that not only anabolic steroids belong to the list of forbidden preparations. There are preparations that cause performance-enhancing effects but they are not steroids.

Howman claims that steroid smuggling is much more profitable than heroin trafficking because steroids are legal in several cases but heroin is illegal under any circumstances. Furthermore, anabolic steroids are legal in some countries.
David Howman  says that banned substances are dangerous for youth, elite sportspeople and any individual who gets and administrates them not for legal purposes.
