A 21-year Canadian drug dealer was arrested, when he tried to sell steroids on a parking lot

A man from Canada was busted after he tried to sell steroids to a man who turned out to be an undercover police official. The police officer responded to online advertisements of this drug dealer. He was a person of 21 years old who decided to host advertisements about steroids on internet in order to promote selling these illicit preparations. The drug dealer believed that it was the simplest and the most efficacious method to increase sales.
The Guelph Police Department responded to the advertisements via email on Kijiji.ca in an undercover way. It was scheduled a face-to-face purchase in the parking lot of a local gym. As a result, the drug dealer was arrested. Four different anabolic steroids valued at approximately 650 dollars were found and seized. This drug dealer faced certain counts related to possession and intentions to sell illegal medicines.

Ebay.com has utilized marketplace for illicit sales of steroids during some years. The Drug Enforcement Administration supplied eBay with a list of Scheduled III controlled substances that needed to be used as a filter in order to prevent hosting advertisements related to illegal medications. Some drug dealers were able bypass the filters, presenting these products as “steroid books” or “steroid DVDs”.
